ABOUT ME

  • Hope starts now.

I had the privilege to start Renew Counseling Center in 2005 with a vision to help restore and inspire wholeness to those who are struggling. I started the Intensive Outpatient Program for Anxiety Disorders in 2017. I believe by learning new coping skills, embracing one’s uniqueness and relationship support, one can change and enjoy the life they were made to have. I also provides supervision to graduate counseling students as well as licensed professional counselors toward their clinical license. Outside of Renew I enjoy spending time with my husband and children, traveling, journaling, photography and art.
