ABOUT ME

  • I graduated from the University of Kansas with a bachelor’s degree in Applied Behavioral Science in 2022. During college, I volunteered with Care Companions to support those affected by interpersonal violence, through empowerment and education. After taking a year to work, I returned to the University of Kansas where I am now pursuing a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, relational issues, life transitions, and women's issues. I also have a passion for working with those living with chronic illness and the LGBTQIA+ community.

I strive to create a compassionate, safe space to explore complex emotions. I believe you are the expert on yourself and that as the therapist, I walk alongside you in collaboration, providing support and encouragement. I help individuals identify their strengths and how they can use them to create a meaningful, fulfilling life. I promote radical acceptance and strive to empower you to reclaim control, recognizing that past events do not have to define who you are. By embracing acceptance, we can make more room for joy and continue our journey with the understanding that our experiences have shaped us into who we are today and that person is worthy just as they are.
