NAMI (National Association of Mental Illness)

The NAMI (National Association of Mental Illness) Walk of Johnson County is Saturday, May 4 at Sar-Ko-Par Trails in Lenexa. This event is open to families and is a free event. NAMI's movement to raise awareness of mental illness and raise funds individuals and families in the Johnson County area. This event is a stigma-free, fun, family-friendly fundraising event. There will be a light breakfast, music, face-painting, yard games, vendors and a resource fair. Every walker gets a hat! There will also be gift-giveaway drawings throughout the walk.
